When I saw this? I just knew.
This is a Rose Martin handmade sterling silver and Spiny Oyster strand. I feel so inadequate calling it just a strand. This is so much more than just a strand.
It has round beads, saucer beads, sharp sided saucer beads, smooth beads, stamped beads, Spiny rondell beads AND stamped barrel beads. I’m not sure what else she could have put on there but this? Is perfection!
It is 24 1/2″ long, has her signature, and the beads are sized from 4mm alllll the way up to an 18mm. This is such a beautiful piece, if it doesn’t sell fairly quickly, it’s going in my personal collection.
Spiny Oyster goes with most everything and would look great stacked with some turquoise but I think I’d wear this by itself because it needs no adornment whatsoever. It’s sooo much better in person than my pictures can ever show.
